Shipping policy

If a customer places an order on Shopify and Shopify marks the order as " medium level of risk of a fraudulent order " or "high risk of a Fraudulent order " it will be cancelled.   

We ship most orders within  1-2 days during off peak season (June-late Aug and Nov.-Jan) and 1-3 days in Peak season (Feb-May). We ship MONDAY THRU FIRDAY.  We only use USPS and UPS .  USPS estimates first class NON tracking delivery is 7-10 business days after shipping. Tracking number orders is based off price and cost of the customer's order. USPS estimates tracking order delivery times as 5-7 business days. 

 These times are subject to change based on Holidays, USPS or UPS delays, and busy planting seasons (Spring and Fall p[anting). 

The USPS is currently dealing with shipping delays due to short staffing issues all over the US and especially in the St. Louis market which is where we ship from.
